LISA NOE
Lisa graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Geology.  Upon graduation, she spent a year and a half working with amazing people at Onsite Commercial Staffing in Oak Park, IL.  Lisa then decided to pursue her Master's Degree in Geology as well as her secondary teaching certificate and is currently attending Northern Illinois University.  One of her greatest accomplishments is to have traveled to all 50 of the United States.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and watching the Green Bay Packers

 

JOY HAYDT

Originally from Pennsylvania, Joy has a Bachelor's Degree in Geo-Environmental Studies and a minor in Biology from Shippensburg University.  She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Geology at Northern Illinois University, as well as obtaining certification to teach middle school through high school sciences.  Joy also has career interests in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS).  From 1997-1999 she worked for PA's Department of Conservation and Natural Resources using GPS and GIS to create state park maps for public use.  Today she works at Byron Fire Department in Byron, Illinois where she teaches firefighters how to use GIS and GPS to help save lives.  In her abundant spare time she enjoys rock climbing, biking, and traveling whenever, and wherever, she can.
