Final Assignment
  GEOL 201X, CHEM 201X

    During the course of the semester you have been introduced to many of the issues and practices that will need to be addressed by a new secondary science teacher.  The issues have ranged from

1. teaching standards,

2. styles of learning, styles of teaching,

3. science content standards,

4. the larger classroom,

5. language arts and reading, and

6. technology use. 

You will see many of these topics again in the next few semesters as we deal with the topics in depth.

Final Assignment:

Finish up your core assignments and correct any and all work for insertion into your portfolio.  By no later than December 4, 2006, turn in to Dr. Kitts a typed version of your observation log and resource file and a photograph of your scrapbook and demonstration box. (If you don't take a picture of them then you will have to schlep them to my office, let me look at them and then schlep them home immediately because I charge $30 a day for storage!!!)
